Currently, the organization is focused on Colorado flood cleanup and volunteer trips to Haiti. HOLIA is accepting volunteers 16 years of age and older. Our current Haiti volunteer trips are set for Dec 27, 2013 to Jan 17, 2014 and August 3-17, 2014

We have assisted with Katrina--MS and LA for 2 years, Cedar Rapids, IA Flood, Haiti ongoing, Minot, ND flood, Dexter, MI tornado, Rockaway, Queens flood, Washington, IL tornado.
We were able to donate a handicapped van to a family in Lincoln Park, MI that had a paralyzed 23 year old son. This allowed him to be able to go visit his grandma, go to his 5 year old daughter's school and Drs appointments.
After a gas leak and explosion of a house in Canton, MI, we assisted in raising money to help with medical expenses of 2 grandparents that had custody of 3 grandchildren.
Disaster cleanup and supplies to Rockaway, Queens and cleanup and supplies to flood torn Colorado.
Haiti trips 3-4 times a year since January 2010
